about

"This is sort of a sequel to my last album Not the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack to the Anthropocene. This time around the theme is focused specifically on migration due to anthropogenic climate change. The people, animals, and landmasses moving and/or disappearing due to drought, flood, or food scarcity. This is a collage of multiple audio source recordings. I employed a cell phone, tascam digital handheld recorder, and various shoebox style cassette recordings to source the raw materials for this album."

field recordings, tape loops, bass guitar, classical guitar, homemade acoustic bass, youtube audio captures, all cut up, processed, mixed/mastered by nd dentico. East Montpelier 2020/21
